This two-day intensive workshop will focus on digging into the heart of your business by examining your current business model: pricing, marketing, networking, customer care and communication, website and SEO and more. You will have dedicated time to think through and write down the changes you can make to improve in all of these areas. Shannon and Shanon will coach you through this process and share business expertise along the way.

Tuition is $1500 per attendee. A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to hold your spot and remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the workshop.
